THYME & TARRAGON

Being one of our mildest mustards, this semi grainy unusual blend is full of pungent herbs. An excellent cooking ingredient for use with poultry, e.g. under the skin of a chicken before roasting. Just a teaspoon of this mustard transforms a basic salad dressing.

   IRISH STOUT

A speciality mustard indeed. Each jar of this rich, grainy blend contains approximately a quarter of a pint of pure Irish Stout. Excellent for use in stews, casseroles and pies this will really pep up the mid week bangers and mash! No sugar is used in this mustard and where the only liquid is the stout itself.

.   WHISKY

When researching and blending new mustard, we strive to keep the pure mustard taste and not to

overpower this by adding too much of any one ingredient. Excellent mustard with cheese and game. The warmth of the whisky enhances the mid-heat of this mustard.

WIGHT WINE

Fantastic mustard. Not hot, but delicate to the taste. If you really don’t like mustard – but wish you did – then try this one. At our tasting sessions, this has been the one to convert non-mustard eaters. A mustard does not have to be hot to be enjoyable. One for use with light meals and delicate cooking. Rosemary is the herb of choice in this blend

GOLDEN ENGLISH

English mustard at it’s best! Once you have tried this, you will be converted to The Island Mustard

Company and it’s ethos for pure taste.

GINGER & ORANGE

A semi smooth mild mustard. Excellent with cold cuts or as an intriguing accompaniment to duck. This mustard also goes really well with pork. Another of the speciality range.

GODSHILL CIDER

Since its launch, this has proven to be a steady seller. It’s mild and slight sweetness is great for those who are beginning their mustard quest. Good with pork and excellent as an accompaniment to gammon. A good one for light cheeses.
